Care for the environment

In Tracusa, as a company that is part of the transportation and logistics sector, we are aware of our responsibility to the environment. Our firm commitment to our planet drives us to establish a strategy to lessen the environmental impact caused by our daily activities.

One of our objectives as a company is to reduce our carbon footprint by establishing plans and technologies save and control energy, as well as to strategically optimize the supply chain.

We are one of the founding companies of the Semarnat “Clean Transportation” program and since 2011 we have consistently reduced fuel consumption.

More recently we have incorporated gas units that also help to reduce emissions from our units.

Certifications

“Clean Transportation” Certificate from the Department Of The Environment And Natural Resources (Semarnat).

Tracusa was one of the founding companies of this program initiated in 2011 and since 2011 we have consistently reduced fuel consumption.

The principal objectives of the program are:

Reduce fuel consumption

Reduce operating costs

Reduce the emissions through the use of best practices for cargo, making it more efficient, more secure, and more sustainable.

CTPAT(Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism).

Certificate granted by the US CBP which seeks to strengthen supply chains in order to protect the US border. The C-TPAT certificate makes operations more flexible, decreases the need for inspections, and recognizes Tracusa as a company certified to export to the US, held by Tracusa since 2011.
